When I use one or more of the tags #fwdtwitter #fwdlinkedin #fwdmastodon on new blog posts (usually not in the text as I do here), my blog engine will raise a CloudEvent into #Azure #EventGrid , from which a #LogicApp picks it up and then conditionally announces the blog post in my account on the respective services.
